'GBO' A selection of rugs made predominantly in jute and handwoven into patterns inspired by geography that transform the jute fibers into a textile document.

The collection is inspired by the geographical lines and regional landmarks in Igbo land (Eastern Nigeria), featured in a variety of local hues. It re-introduces jute as an sustainable and expertly crafted material for deluxe grade rugs.

'GBO' is a term given to an elderly statesman in some regions of Eastern Nigeria, lending a sense of heritage and legacy to this collection. It is also a poignant play on words with 'IGBO', the region that is the focus of this collection.
